CROP2CASH was founded on the 18th of May 2018 with a focus on zero hunger which we aim to achieve through the empowerment of farmers.
We make formal financing accessible to smallholder farmers using technology. Our operating system for agricultural lending makes it possible for farmers to pay and get paid; build a digital financial profile and get access to credit that will turn their businesses into profitable ventures while assuring financial institutions of their lending capital.
Access to finance for smallholder farmers is necessary for economic empowerment and a chance at prosperity for those at the bottom of the food production pyramid. If our country and continent are ever going to change for the better, breaking barriers and making access to finance easier will be an important factor.
